Week 3 Blog – Overall Summary

In Week 4, our team transitioned from broad brainstorming into focused evaluation of our most promising concepts. We continued using Discord for coordination, holding voice calls and sharing documents to refine our direction.

This week marked our idea generation and evaluation phase, where we explored multiple concepts before narrowing down to the most practical and innovative options. The complete list of ideas reviewed included:

1. Audit App (Order and Walkthrough)

2. Walkthrough Auditor with AI Insights

3. AI Safety Inspector

4. AI Customer Service Quality Checker

5. AI Fashion & Dress Code Checker

6. AI Baby Proofer

7. AI Vehicle Manager & Charging Station Planner

Tausif presented ideas 1, 2, 5, and 6, while Aman introduced idea 7. After discussion and feedback, the team ruled out ideas 5 and 6 as they were more suitable for smaller, two-person project scopes. Idea 1 was set aside due to integration challenges that could complicate development, while idea 3 was deprioritized as the team identified stronger alternatives with clearer market positioning.

We decided to focus on three balanced finalists with strong business value, technical feasibility, and meaningful AI integration:

• AI Vehicle Manager & Charging Station Planner (idea 7)

• Walkthrough Auditor with AI Insights (idea 2)

• AI Customer Service Quality Checker (idea 4)

Manzil supported ideas 2 and 7, recognizing their practical applications in hospitality and modern transportation. Tausifpreferred ideas 2, 4, and 7, with particular interest in 4 and 7 for their business analytics potential. Aman leaned toward ideas 4 and 7, seeing strong market readiness in both. Jayden provided crucial technical analysis, researching APIs and feasibility across multiple concepts.

Our plan for Week 5: On Monday, we will allocate time to discuss each finalist idea in depth and reach a final decision as a team, ensuring every member’s input contributes to our collective choice.
